In like ninth and tenth grade I lost a bit of weight and I used to have all of these trick to keep myself from eating excessively. Although I spent a lot of time thinking about my weight doesn't mean I didn't eat, I just ate less. Anyways...I forgot all of my tricks, if you have any let me know...wait no fatties read my blog damn it!
The list of what I do remember is
-drink metamucil
-eat ice cubes
-eat yogurt
-move body, whatever that means
-think about other things than food
I'm not saying its fun to diet and shit, but a goal is a goal.
